The Ice Cream Sandwich update for Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has been rolled out by Samsung in Austria. With the help of LQ1 firmware, the device will be upgraded to Android 4.0 which is also Andriod’s latest version of Ice Cream Sandwich software. This firmware will also give better user interface as well as performance to the device apart from refining the data management to a great extent.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus users can easily update their Galaxy Tab Plus 7.0 using OTA. It can be simply done by connecting the tablet to PC via KIES. People comfortable with flashing via Odin can use it for updating their devices.
As per the information provided by SamMobile, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus Ice Cream Sandwich update has already been released for the tablet owners. Though it’s only available for the users in Austria at present but, it’s expected to be rolled out in other reasons as well very soon.
The Android 4.0 update is the second upgrade software for the Galaxy Tab tablet since its launch in the market. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 was the first Galaxy Tab for which Ice Cream Sandwich update was released.
As per the sources, several other products in the line of Galaxy Tab hardware will also be updated with Android 4.0.4 in the coming months. This update will certainly equip the device with much better performance and give a complete new feeling to the customers by breathing a new life in to the device with its latest astonishing features.
