Most Expensive Mobile Phones in World


There are quite a few names which release phones which come under the bracket of luxury and expensive phones. Lamborghini, Gresso etc. are a few of them. Following is the list that encompasses names of the top five expensive phones in the world;

At the fifth position is Gresso Azimuth A1; which has also acquired the tag of the world’s first dual SIM phone. The phone is priced at US $2,000. But in terms of technicalities this phone consists of a few flaws. The main casing of the phone is done by using titanium grade 5. The front end of the phone consists of a tempered mineral glass. Manually polished keys are used in the steel keyboard. Other technical aspects are as follows: 680 hours of standby time along with 20 hours of talktime, 2 GB internal memory, Bluetooth 2.0, GPRS, EDGE etc. The handset is powered with a 1,110 mAh BL-4U battery which is again a disappointment. The primary camera available in the handset is 1.3 MP.

4. Samsung W2015

With their new luxury smartphone, Samsung has also made an entry in the forte of expensive luxury phones. The phone will be available at a price of US $2450. The device has made its debut in the Chinese market already and is available in black and golden color. The device weighs around 187 grams and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 quad core processor which operates at 2.5 GHz clock speed. The phone has a 3.9 inch full HD display and runs on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat.

3. Gresso Regal Black Edition

Regal Black edition is available at approximately US $5,000. Titanium and 18k gold are the materials used for constructing the outer body of the handset. The display is a 5-inch HD, and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. It also has a 13 MP primary and 5 MP secondary camera. Only 999 pieces will be made available in the market.

2. Lamborghini 88 Tauri

Lamborghini’s 88 Tauri is at the second spot of the list. This phone costs around US $6,000. Only 1,947 copies will be made. The phone has a leather finish which looks classy and is available in black, blue, orange, brown, and red. On technical specifications, the handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and has 3 GB of Ram available which makes the phone very fast and smooth. The handset also comes with 3G connectivity and has 64 GB of internal storage.

1. Aster Diamonds Red Alligator

Aster diamond red alligator is the latest edition of smartphone from Vertu. The name is justified by the red alligator leather coating on the phone along with diamonds. The phone costs around US $8,900. In case of specifications; this phone has a 4.7 inch full HD display which a sapphire crystal coating in order to protect the display. This handset also operates on Android KitKat and has a 2.3 GHz quad core processor. The handset comes with a built-in support of 4G connectivity.
